We accept the following currencies:

What are the payment terms?

We require you to pay a 50% deposit along your order while the balance plus shipping fee must be paid when the goods are ready to be shipped. 

Who will shoulder the payment transfer fee?

The Customer has to pay the transfer fee while we only count the net payment we received. Please make sure to remind your bank to transfer us the net amount and add charges to your account. 

If you are paying via PayPal, please pay by "Sending money to friends and family" whereas you will pay just 1% of payment transfer fee. If you opt to pay by "Paying for goods and services" you will be charged 4 to 6% of payment transfer fee depending on your country & amount. Sending money to friends and family may not be available in some countries such as Singapore, India etc. 

In how many days I must pay for my order?

You must settle your payment within 10 days or else your order might be canceled. In case you have any problem with payment, please discuss with us and we are open to accomodate. 

How to save PayPal transfer fee?

To save PayPal charges you must send money in HKD and via "Sending Money to Friends & Family" and there will be just 1% fee charged to you by PayPal. If you opt to pay by "Paying for Goods & Services" PayPal will deduct 5 to 6% of payment processing fee from your payment which will be again on you as we only count the net payment we receive. Payment processing fee vary by country and amount you send but its somewhere between 5 to 6%.

 

Sending money to friends and family might not be available in some countries such as Singapore, India, etc. In case you want to pay by paying for goods and services, please add up 6% on top. Assume your due net amount is HKD 500 so your payment with 6% charge would be [500/0.94] = HKD 531.92. If ever we received even a single dollar more than a due amount, it will be a credit with us and can be used for your future order.

How to estimate shipping fee?

You will only know your exact shipping fee once you place order and goods arrive in our warehouse. Then we will know the exact weight of the products and we can calculate shipping fee. As you know that shipping fee depends on the weight of the shipment.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping by EMS or DHL takes around 3 to 5 days to over 100 countries. In general, your parcel shall arrive within 7 days anywhere in the world unless it's held by custom.

Custom duties & taxes are included?

No! they are not included in your shipping fee. 

 

Regarding custom tax and duties, we have no idea and you must check with your local custom office. On our side, we take the following precautions to make sure that your goods pass through custom smoothly: 

 

  1. Under Declaring Goods: If your parcel worth $2000 or even more, we declare it as less than $100, which assure that it gets through custom as small value parcels are not held by custom. In many countries.
  2. Divide Shipment: It means if you have a few cartons to ship, we may send each carton at different days or could send to different people you suggest such as your family members or your friends. If there is just one carton under one name at custom, it's less likely it will stuck and custom may let it go.
  3. Under invoicing: If you need us to provide you with under-valued invoice, we can do that. These are things which we can do and rest is your luck.

Can you help to under declare and under invoice our order?

Yes! we can under declare your goods and also issue you under valued invoice in order to help you out to reduce custom duties and taxes. Please let us know the amount you want us to declare, before your order are shipped.

I received wrong products.

If ever you received wrong products by mistake, please take the picture of carton outer side, wrong products received and send us via email. We will investigate and handle it as soon as possible. Do not open the wrong sent products and keep them safe. We might need you to send them back. 

Do you put invoice in the cartons?

No! we do not put invoices in the carton rather they are sent via email. 

What is the maximum carton weight you pack?

In general, we pack each carton up to 24 Kg for EMS or DHL. Although many countries weight limit is 30kg under EMS but we do not opt to pack heavy carton as heavier cartons are difficult to handle in transit and prone to damage. There are certain countries for which EMS accepts only 20 kg maximum carton weight. Below are those countries:

Why on tracking it still shows my parcel at outbound office for many days?

If tracking shows "At out bound office" for many days, then it's likely that your parcel is held by custom. Please contact local post office and give them your tracking numbers to check the status and follow up.

Do you offer free samples?

Being a wholesaler, we cannot get free samples from the brands head office when we place order to them and hence we cannot provide any free samples. While some brands may put their samples in the carton and we do not take it out. Whatever comes along, it's all yours. Also, you may buy some of the brands samples at wholesale prices. Yes! all items are sourced directly from brands head office and we guarantee to offer every product manufactured not more than 7 to 8 months. 

Can I buy samples?

Yes! you can. We can provide samples for some selective brands at the best wholesale prices. For more details, please visit our wholesale page here..

How to get better wholesale rates?

Supply rates given on the wholesale page are applicable to small orders up to $4000 only. If you are planning to order more, you may get an exclusive and best rate. Please click on "Get Quote" on wholesale page for your custom quotation. 

What is box quantity?

Box Quantity is the number of pieces of one product in a box. As you know that wholesale is not done by one piece or two pieces rather you have to buy a whole box of each product.


Box quantity is mentioned on the order sheet right before the column where you input your order quantity. Let’s say if the box quantity is 10 pcs. It means you must buy at least 10 pcs or its multiplies like 20, 30, 40 and so on (means 1 box, 2, boxes, 3 boxes and so on). If you want only one box, you can enter 10 in the order quantity column.


Please note that the given wholesale and retail prices are for one product not the box. 

What is MOQ?

MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity.

Can I order lower than MOQ?

Unfortunately not! Please note that we do not keep stock of any item. Everything is ordered from the brands head office or their exclusive supplier upon receiving your order and they all required MOQ and Box Quantity. If we do not meet the required MOQ or Box Quantity, we can not get the stock and hence we cannot supply to you. Please understand! 

Do you provide product pictures?

Sorry, we don't. We do not have product pictures, but you can easily find them on the brand's official website or on Google in public domains. 

Do you provide products MSDS?

We can provide MSDS for selective brands such as COSRX, Tony Moly and Holika only (not every product). Please note that MSDS can only be provided by brands head office to their official distributors in countries other than Korea. If you need MSDS, then you have to deal directly with brand head office and officialiy partner with them to sell their products in your country (if they do not have any existing distributor). 

We are sorry, but MSDS is very hard to get and we can not provide it. 

What are the products expiration dates?

Korean cosmetic products have two types of expiry:

  1. Before opening
  2. After opening 


​Thats the reason all brands print only the product manufacturing date rather than expiry dates as expiry depends or before are after opening.

How to easily find products on order sheet?

You can easily find products on the order sheet by simply searching for it. You can enter the product name in an excel search bar on the top right (excel 2016) or press CTRL+F on your keyboard.

 

For example, you want to find a product name Etude House 99% Aloe Soothing Gel. Try to search product by different combinations like, search the word 99% or Aloe Soothing or Soothing Gel. If you can't find by one combination, try another one. Do not rely on searching by full product name as the name you have might be different from the name of the product we have on the order sheet. So try to make a combination of two or three words to effectively search the products you want.

Do I need an account to buy on wholesale?

No! You don't need to have an account to buy on wholesale. Simply download order sheet > input your order quantity > save and upload to the same page. That's all!

What is supply rate?

Supply rate is a % of the retail price you pay as a wholesale price. Let me give you an example. Let’s say a product Korean retail price is 10,000 KRW and your supply rate is 70%. It means you have to pay 70% of retail price as a wholesale price. So it will be 10,000 * 70% = 7,000 KRW (your wholesale price)

 

 

Let’s put it another way. Discount rate = 100% – supply rate. In the above example it will be 100% – 70% = 30%. So your discount rate is 30%. So you will get a 30% discount on the Korean retail price of 10,000. So it will be 10,000 * 30% = 3000. Your discount amount is 3000 so what you have to pay 10,000 – 3000 = 7000 KRW. Hope it’s clear now.

For example - if one product is not available today and expected to arrive next week, we may wait till we get it. We are proud to mention that we have the shortest lead time among Korean cosmetics wholesale suppliers.

Can't find the product you're looking for?

If you can't find the product you are looking for, please add that product name and volume or only name at the bottom of the order sheet in the yellow highlighted cells. We will include it on your invoice and will try to source it for you. 

Why the prices and the total is different on the invoice compare to my order sheet?

When you download an order sheet the rate it contains default supply rate which applies to orders $4000+. If your order is small then this amount, we will adjust your rate according to your order size and hence the prices and final total will change.

Why some cells on the order sheet are locked?

Those cells which are not relevant to you are locked. You need to fill up in a yellow highlighted cells only. Other cells will be locked and you are not allowed to edit them. 

How do I know if the products are in stock?

There is no way to know the stock of any product or a brand. As you know that the stock level with the brand's head office or their exclusive supplier change by every minute and it's impossible to have the latest updates about stock. 

We will only know the stock situation when we send order to each brand head office or when we receive goods from them. 

What are the remarks on order sheets?

Remarks column contains a special instruction about that product and you must follow such instructions. If the product is discontinued, renewed, can't be ordered, or whatever issue, it will be mentioned there.

What is your shipping fee and delivery time?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over US$49*, flat rate shipping fee starting from US$2.99 is applied for orders below US$49 regardless of the weight and number of items you purchase. The delivery time varies from 7-30 working days depending on countries.

What should I do if my order not yet arrived?

If you choose your shipping method as EMS or you bought tracking no. under “registered airmail- trackable” shipping option during checkout, you may track your parcel to check it's location and status.

Otherwise, you may have to wait as standard shipping orders are delivered between 7-40 business days depending on your country. In case of unusual delay, please contact us for more details.

Do I need to have an account to shop at your website?

No! You may checkout as guest, although many features may not be available to you under guest checkout such as reward points, order tracking etc.

How can I earn reward points?

You can earn reward points by shopping on our website and redeem those points as cash. More you shop more you earn.

 

How do I check the balance of my reward points?

Please go to your account and click on “My Reward Points” under "My Orders" heading. 

How can i use my reward points?

You can use your reward points while checking out as cash. Every 100 points equal to 1 dollar. Please input your reward points in “Reward Points” box on check out page below orders Subtotal.

What should I do if I haven't received my reward points?

If you haven't received your reward points, please contact our customer service to assist. Please note that, there are no reward points on discount items or items on sale. 

How i can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?

How can I filter the products I need?

You can easily filter the products with multiple criteria. For example, if you are shopping for a Cleaning product. 

Step 1: Choose the “Skincare” on the top menu and then “Cleansing” 

 

 

Step 2: Choose the criteria on the Right side Menu. For example, you can choose your budget by  ” Shop By Price”, then choose the “Brand”, then choose the skin solution “Brightening” etc. Even you can choose “Dry Skin”, “Oily Skin” or “Sensitive Skin”. If you are Combination skin or Normal skin type, please don’t choose “skin types” so that it will show you all products suit for any skin types. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When shall I use “Shop By Skin Type” at Left side Menu to find products?

 

This filter will show you all types of products that suitable for the specific skin type. However, if you are looking for a specific category such as “Cleanser” then we recommend you to choose a Category from Top Menu then use the Right side Filter. See Question “How can I filter the products I need”. 

 

If you are Combination Skin or Normal Skin, do not choose the Skin Type filter so that it will show you all products suit for any skin types. 

 

 

How to find products that are Organic or with Natural Ingredients?

 

You can search keywords “Eco” + “product name”.  For example “Eco” + “Lip Stick” then system will show you the result for lipsticks that are organic.
