Shopping at q-depot is easy and fun.
Step 1. Navigate through our main menu categories, side categories or search bar to find the product or brand you are looking for.
Step 2. Once you locate your product, click on “Add to Cart” icon/button. Please choose color or type if it has more than one variant.
Step 3. Review your items in your cart by clicking “View Cart” or click “Checkout” to go directly to the checkout page. You may click PayPal express checkout (if you already have PayPal Account) for faster checkout.
Step 4. Use your coupon code, gift voucher or reward points at the bottom of view cart page. You may apply these items if you go directly to the checkout page. You can estimate your shipping cost on this page as well.
Step 5. Click checkout at the right bottom and you will land on the checkout page. You may click on the PayPal Express Checkout icon for faster & smooth checkout.
Step 6. Input/ select your delivery and payment address and payment method and click confirm order.
Step 7. You will be directed to the PayPal official website to process your payments.
Step 8. Once done above, you will receive an email of order confirmation.
Yes! You can place orders, even though you don't have an account with us. You can easily and smoothly checkout as a guest. Although, if you are registered user, checkout will be much smoother, faster with additional features like order tracking, orders history, reward points and many more.
You will be provided with tracking information in order update email once your order is shipped (only for EMS shipping method). Please follow the provided instructions.
Alternatively, you may login to your account > click "view your order history" > click "view icon" > scroll down to find tracking information under Order History.

Login to your account and click on “view your order history” under “My Orders”. You may reorder the same order by simply clicking on the “Reorder” icon.
Orders are confirmed once the payments have been processed. Most payments are processed immediately. Bank or ATM transfers can take up to 24 hours to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email, once the order has been confirmed.
